I really liked this sentence. I thought that the image of land and water melting was very pretty and poetic. It seems like this book is interested in the ideas of borders and how they change.

ReplyDeletei guess that you would be used to the land and the sea merging, but it sounds kind of scary at the same time.
i'm glad that doesn't happen around here, i don't think i could ever come to terms with it.
